Enter names and numbers into your Firefly Phone with this easy to use Web Wizard

Four Easy Steps

1. Enter your Firefly phone number and IMEI
2. Enter names and numbers for the Mom and Dad keys
3. Enter names and numbers for the Phone Book
4. Update the Firefly phone by entering the phone PIN and click SEND

Before you start

Make sure your Firefly phone is on, fully activated and connected to the wireless network
Make sure your Firefly Phone Book has room for the names and numbers you want to add. (The Phone Book can hold up to 20 names and numbers)
Make sure you've set your Firefly phone's PIN

How do I find my IMEI Number

Your IMEI number is located on the inside back of your Firefly Phone. Unclip the back cover to see it

Please note that when you type it in, leave off the '/' characters.

e.g. if you see IMEI number as 35989800/500119/7, it should be entered as 359898005001197
